Guillermo Contreras
Guillermo is a physical therapist and Crossfit Level 2 Trainer. He received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Marquette University before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In addition to being the co-owner of CrossPhysio and a clinical physical therapist, Guillermo is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer at Cream City CrossFit and adjunct faculty for the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE) within the Clinical Management of Fitness Athletes division. He teaches physical therapists around the country how to improve their skills with treating fitness and barbell athletes of all kinds during both weekend and online courses.
When not treating in the clinic or coaching in the gym, Guillermo can be found training in the CrossFit gym or within the walls of his fully stocked garage gym. He enjoys spending time at home with his wife and daughters, learning about photography/videography and the occasional glass of bourbon.
Kelsey Contreras
Kelsey is a physical therapist and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison after a year of playing collegiate basketball at the University of Evansville. She specializes in the management of both orthopedic and women’s pelvic health conditions at all ages, including during pregnancy and the postpartum period. She is also certified in dry needling.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Kelsey at home spending time with her husband and daughters. She enjoys exercising, growing her vegetable garden, baking and watching the Milwaukee Bucks.
Marissa Bacon
Marissa is a physical therapist and Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Carroll University. She received her Pelvic Rehabilitation Certification through the Herman and Wallace Institute of Pelvic Health. She is also a certified pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach. Marissa specializes in the management of pelvic health conditions for both males and females of all ages, including during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Outside of the clinic, Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys exercise of any kind but especially crossfit, running, and hiking.
